Deleting your INSPORT account

It is our standard practice to automatically delete INSPORT accounts 24 months after the membership has been cancelled. To request the earlier deletion of your canceled INSPORT account, please follow the steps according to the device you’re using. 

  • By deleting your account, you will permanently lose access to your account activity, preferences and more. 

A few things to note if you decide to delete your INSPORT account: 

  • If your membership is active, it will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period and then the account will be permanently deleted. 
  • You can undo your deletion request from the Account page any time before the end of your current billing period. 
  • Once your account is permanently deleted, you’ll need to sign up for a new account to use the INSPORT App again. 

Deleting your account using the INSPORT app 

  1. Open the INSPORT app 
  2. In the lower right, select Settings ⚙️
  3. Select Delete Account 
  4. Confirm you want to delete your account by entering your password and then selecting Permanently Delete. 
  5. We’ll send you an email confirmation of your deletion request.
